of course i read the request for a trading halt but it doesn't provide any context to the referance of "regarding an aquistion", a simple look over the most recent quarterly report indicates the design & specifications for the 2D seismic AQUISITION program has been completed & distributed to service companies in Central Asia. a fair assumption would be that throughout the quarter this has had time to progress & be weighed by respective service companies.

i'm not saying this is the outcome but it is worth consideration in reply to the the threads title.
