Negatives? Discounted capital raising at the usual 80% of VWAP would be about 0.302c. So depending how much they raise, its likely to see a 0.3c open post raising.
You could look at it as a positive and say it will create a 0.3c floor, but it will also slow and lessen any move up.
No doubt they are running low on cash, so they will use this raising for a new acquisition and skim some money of the top for ongoings.
The new acquisition would want to sound appealing. Anything less will see sp punished IMO. Even a decent new project will probably take time to add value to sp.
