For the life of me I can't remember which Co, but someone else did this recently on a similar announcement. However, the fund raising got delayed and because you are not allowed to stay in a TH for more that 3 days, the next step was VS. In the other case, nothing sinister came out of it and my feeling is that we will have Pos news early next week.
