The announcement has been lodged and it reveals the Cadlao redevelopment farce is continuing. Cadco and VenturOil - what have they been doing? - or what have they NOT been doing? - plenty of nothing. IMHO having these JV partners does not reflect at all well on PKO/OXX. If Cadlao is so good, PKO/OXX should get control of SC6, seek approval to replace Cadco as the operator and get some runs ($) on the board. If PKO/OXX don't do something very positive quickly, SC6 Cadlao will be taken from the JV.
