I think it is a March 2018 story onwards - AT & T live and firing and then maybe another few large telcos.
Certainly North America could lift user numbers at 100% per month based on current numbers.
Once the market sees user adaption and that flowing through to all metrics they will happily pay for future blue sky - just might need another 3 - 6 months.
Hopefully some news flow soon.
