You'd be surprised how understaffed ASX are. They generally take your word for it that you are compliant unless somebody complains.
In response to a previous comment, the suspension could very well simply relate to questions they had regarding a positive price sensitive announcement sent to them by MMJ. Not necessarily true (or even likely) but possible.
