I actually think a bigger rise than that might be on the cards, at $35M pending results from this pivotal trial, my own view is that it has a fair bit of room to move. Probably kicking off once recruitment is either complete or very nearly.
By the by, I took up your tip on acl as an interesting shell. Will see how it works out...
