Personally, I would like to see AHF succeed but they blew a lot of investment and shareholder goodwill by screwing up the CDC transition. Now, the move to organic sand /or IF is fine provided that they are upfront with the costs involved (and whether this will be to debt, shareholders or to JV partners), what the value proposition is to current /existing shareholders (new and longer term), what the actual /real timelines will be and what impact will be had on other (for example) recently announced but otherwise opaque contracts.
