Either way the trip down the production conversion path will not yield any direct earnings for the best part of 3 years and what is AHF going to do in the meantime? Stagger the farm conversion or do it in one go (god knows where the funds will come from) and buy organic milk on the "wholesale market" (of which there isn't one) or keep the current farms operating as is and sell into the normal wholesale milk market directly from SW Dairy Farms Pty Ltd (oh boy this one will cause great debate over leaking revenue and indirect costs) and acquiesce CDC until it has built the new whizz bang plant (of 4) at some time in the next 24 plus months or some such other plan to get where they are today to where they have quoted that want to be at some indeterminate point in the future? And how do they expect to fund it? no cash, no cashflow, little institutional support so guess who will be coughing up (CR) or gagging on it (PP or even a Bond maybe)...as Frank Zappa was rumoured to have quoted once "There's a big difference between kneeling down and bending over" so take your pick...

A robust, executable and achievable plan of some sort would be good to see to build some basic founding shareholder credibility and maybe even go so far as to align exec remuneration and board incentives to its subsequent achievement and have some form of shareholder reporting on progress.

Bu then again why the hell would they want to do that, they haven't done it to date and got away with it...
