Yes if you look at the 5 yr timeline they have done well.
But it you look at last 18 months then its a bit up and down between 1.2 and 2 with an average probably about 1.6. In my personal situation have held over 12 month a very small parcel bought at 1.7 which is currently in the red, so hopefully we will see another re-rating that will improve the value of my small holding.
I have previously said i am waiting for production to be confirmed before buying more, so have been waiting quite a while. I also believe this is what the market is waiting for as it provides income to move forward.
