Couldn’t agree more Catgut. In America and the UK  and to a MUCH lesser extent Australia we are getting our complaints heard in the media. Just nowhere near enough. America of course is critical as Israel gets so much financial, political and military support from that nation.

For example Jewish Voice for Peace which is based in the US (and of which I am a regularly donating member) has been  effective, in league with organisations like USCPR and Code Pink, in influencing big investors such as national church bodies to divest from companies who profit from oppressing Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank. In this we are part of the BDS movement.

This puts pressure on such companies to withdraw from these activities. For example through joint pressure we have influenced Air bnb to stop its activities in the illegal and almost exclusively Jewish settlements in the West Bank. In fact we have had quite a number of wins.

We have been so effective that Israel is now influencing state governments in the US to try to ban and curtail in various ways our BDS activities via legislation - what we consider a breach of the right to freedom of expression as part of the US Constitution.

The more support we get of course the more influential we can be. But as you indicate there is still a long way to go.
