As suggested by you, ANS will raise HUGE fund via right issue (shareholders' approval). Let us see whether your elephant's brain is correct or not on Friday (14th Sep 2018).

However, you still three options on Friday if your conjecture is correct:
option 1: Buy more shares of ANS and participate in right issue, and subscribe to more right issue shares OR
option 2: Buy more SDL shares
OR
option 3: doing nothing either option 1 or 2 but watching golden goose laying down golden eggs for SDL shareholders.
