I had a look to see if there were any possible vultures in the area that may be looking at Vulcan.

I found a company called Boliden which are listed in Canada and Sweden that could be a potential buyer in the area. There's probably others.

As for the selldown, probably traders getting out. A few insiders from last week and maybe some profit taking from those who got bought in the low twenties waiting for the DFS results to sell on the announcement.
