He is a totally incompetent MD. He cannot even find a partner for such a promising project that he has been promoting for the last 5 years. I just don’t understand why he cannot go to Total who spent hundreds of millions in offshore Uruguay prospecting. We just need a meagre $2million to finish off well2. Why come to us for $1million. I’m sure Total is willing to look at it for a small $2million in exchange for an equity say 22%. Why did we have to go back to SEI. We have given up about our 22% in exchange for SEI’s $500k and $1.5m. We could just offer Total 22% for $2m to finish off well2. Why waste time with SEI who doesn’t even have the money. It was SEI who we had to bailed out using well3 money right. I just don’t understand the whole logic of it. This guy is a total buffoon.
