MM,
While what you post is based around fact, it is flawed, I believe in a number of crucial areas.
You said;
(1) Singapore Government Support for a start up entrepreneur;
To date, have we seen any money from the SG Govt? If so, why did the directors have to lend to the company at exorbitant loan shark type rates? We were told at the AGM and in the Annual Report that there was a line of credit available from the SG Govt, so why didn't we just take the money that the SG Govt is offering rather than lose more cash to directors for interest?
Your second point;
(2) the September 2012 Research Report (even though it was commissioned it contains objective professional opinion);
I do not believe the report contained a single shred of objective analysis. Rather the report appeared to have been commissioned by the company and the information cut and pasted into the broker report and they broker did not get their clients to buy into the company. Neither did the previous broker who have a price target of 48c at the 2010 AGM when the shares were around 26c.
Your third point;
(3) the genisis of a plan to develop the IP with licensed partners i.e. without further capital raising (and associated dilution); and
We've not been able to generate enough cash from the business model to even cover wages, let alone costs. Hence we've been going backwards for years. Now the licence buyer is ourselves and 10% to someone who didn't pay a penny to get their share and still isn't contributing to expenses.
(4) there does not appear to have been any panic selling by the top 20
The top 20 is now even more tight and most of the shares they have acquired were given to them FOR FREE!! And one of my previous email points was that the directors haven't bought a single share to support the market in nearly 2 years.
I wondered where syd has gone, because he was going to show NSP to his Chinese fund manager mates. Those guys have a lot of money. They must have taken one look at NuSep and done the same as the Aussie fund managers and run like the wind.
MM, I think you are right that a positive SG announcement will likely make the price head north. The question is, will it be sustained? Historically, the answer has been 'no'.
