BY CONSENT THE COURT ORDERS THAT:
1. The first defendant be allowed to travel to the United Kingdom departing on 29 April 2016, and returning to Australia on 8 May 2016. 2. The first defendant provide his itinerary for the above travel to the plaintiff at least 24 hours prior to the first defendant's scheduled departure. 3. While the first defendant is overseas, he is to reside only in the United Kingdom. 4. Orders 1 to 3 of the orders made 14 April 2016 are to resume on 9 May 2016, effective until 31 May 2016 inclusive. 5. Order 6 of orders made 22 December 2015 is to resume on 1 June 2016. 6. There be liberty to any party to apply to the Court on 3 hours' notice within business hours. 7. Costs be reserved.
