if someone wanted a large stake, they could buy up heaps of options, and there has been a few more of late being sold.
Then they know the most they will pay is say 22.5c and have 850,000 shares, to buy 850k shares on market would push the price a lot higher.
And no-one really dumping the options as well would indicate a potential upswing
