Iwould say so, I guess not getting the $ from Bula is an issue to the company.
The quicker they sell it off the better.
With the GofM assets I think Lion are very undervalued. There is a zillion shares on issue but you have to like the leverage, especially since they have dropped back to 1.1 after being 1.6 a month or so back.
