MAttR, had to go scrathing through anns to find where my note came from.

Turns out it was from the 5th Feb ann: Results guidance indicating an ~100m loss due goodwill writedown and revaluations.

But the financial statements were released a few day later, so my note on the writedown is irrelevant as it has already happened.

Which makes me feel better about the prospects for a ST rebound as my own dodgy BS gearing ratio is about 53% after that writedown and I was expecting worse.
