TCQ formed a white spinning top which can mean 2 things....
1)It means after a long decline or a long black candlestick, this implies weakness among the bears and it is a warning about a potential change or interruption in a downtrend.
2)But of course it could also mean NEUTRAL as a spinning stop on it's own means neutral.
I might just hang on to this...
I believe 0.073 was a 50% fibonacci retractment, and it's bounced off it a few times now. 61.8% would've been 0.056 or something ugly like that.
I know, I know we are really at the mercy of the boardroom table, but technically it looks ok now.
