Yes they at least appear to be preserving cash as best they can, though not quite as well as you suggest. Net costs this year of about $6.5mil and ongoing will depend on expenditure commitments each year.
Seem to be very slow and conservative at the entrepreneurial stuff of developing new prospects for the company.
