 Cannot see the current issues with the LYC plant being resolved without a lot of financial pain, if at all. It is obvious you will not satisfy the people who have grievances or percieve environmental issues with the LYC plant, you only need to look at the fracking debate in Australia where science is not respected. LYC May look to establish a plant in OZ but the process of sorting their current issues, site identification, going through the rigorous environmental approval process etc that will be at least 5 years before they will be operating again.

I can’t see ARU having any issues obtaining finance as the need for a rare earths plant in a stable jurisdiction is obvious.
