Infantile, they don't process RE concentrate or oxides to products, they send it to China, and therefore are simply another mouth along the supply chain that needs to be fed.
Not so hard really, just listen to Ian Chalmers complaining at all the low ball offtake approaches, they are going to leave their stuff in the ground and dig gold.
