I am also a 63 vintage.
I think explosion may be a tad way out there.
Good rise, always looking at TCL T/O possibility.
I like it and use Eastlink, and more to come once Peninsula Link opens, but this, unless T/O, is a good, steady and income earning stock.
Will rise more than CPI and banks, in line with demographic growth of Melbourne.
