The announcement yesterday about moving to Unit 4B 128-130 Frances St Lidcombe was done with little fanfare. In the context of this thread and the company making a profit it perhaps deserves a comment.
According to ASIC this address has been the principal place of business of Medivet Australia for the past year. So it appears this move by MLA is another step in the integration of the two companies and reducing costs.
The old L17 275 Alfred St North Sydney office is now being advertised. Rent for the whole floor is $225K pa, which would give us a rough estimate of the cost savings of this move.
