STB SMD - LH, what would you think to the possibility of down...

STB SMD - LH, what would you think to the possibility of down the track a bit, and providing they both prove up a sizeable resource, and in view of the fact they are neighbors and distance from ports etc.they combine operations ( hive off a joint separate co; whatever)
I am only a newbie and I dont know the directors etc. but it would appear to be a sensible option in getting the operation to production stage.
