No infrastucture Plunger, the whole coast over there is a marine park and is treated like the Great Barrier Reef in QLD.

I'd be really surprised if a deep water port would ever be put anywhere near that deposit in the next 1000 years, nope it would have to be trucked out some considerable distance to get to a port.

Even the Exmouth gulf is too shallow for shipping of the size required, my guess would be Carnarvon or Onslow as port locations.
