In 2005, I handed a suggestion on HTA AGM about cooperating with Apple, But HTA board look small holders as ATM only, they've even not replied a words. Now they're blooding meanwhile IPhone're selling hot. They like to grab small money,rather than open a new market.

We can't stop investment for avoiding scams, because there're always scams in everywhere in the market.
What we have to do are reveal and restrict them by law, after overcome it,then ERG shareholders will finally win. So it's our resposibility to Vote "NO".

I believe ERG turnning around (4 months positive cash flow)at right time --- crsis time. Just like the factory which made tanks and weapons in World WarII. 8 greatest USA economist're suggesting USA govt to invest in public trafic.

So there is nothing to fear on ERG. the market is not equal to everything.

But the board directors who is financial professional, have got deep fear, as the market are all for them. So they're trying to finally grab every cents as greedy, then finish a good bussiness which just begain. "Vix" ERG means "Problem" ERG. Customers will Vote "NO" to it.
