Davis controls between 30 to 40%
He needs to have friendlies holding eneough to get to 50.1% and then offer goes no where.
It looks like meet coverting loans have been delayed and they are raising some more cash.
Current raising at 2 cents will be to friendlies so that is where they will be trying to get to.
