Thanks for the link ozone123.

I just submitted my ASIC complaint form, but after pressing submitting Submit, the following page replied with

Document already submitted - The document you are trying to access has been submitted to ASIC, and can not be retrieved or changed.

This is erroneous, as I only pressed the Submit button once, and had not previously submitted it.

Has anyone else found this error?
My detailed comments were lost (and I didn't cut & paste them).
Very frustrating.
