Am wondering if the issue is ASX pricing compared to LSE pricing.

    Sell on the ASX
    Buy on the LSE

[ BTW for ASX retain ($500-$1,000) to avoid paperwork, later. ]

CYBG agreed to buy Virgin Money in a 1.7 billion pound ($2.3 billion) all-share deal on Monday with JP Morgan saying the merger is likely to create a stronger UK bank, with post-merger multiples for CYBG/Virgin premium.

The UK economy has one major problem, the proposal to leave EU.

May the leave-advocates receive just what they want from EU ?

Suspect IF is no written agreement with both sides, then expect ECJ will declare UK application to leave EU has lapsed.

The UK applied to join EU agreeing to abide terms of EU legislation, with EU Court of Justice interpreting EU law to ensure it is equally applied across all EU member states.

The UK appears even less likely to complete required agreement with EU to leave EU within time required.

IF enough in the UK still wish to leave, they go through process, conduct another referendum, this time spelling out a lot more detail about terms and conditions so at least UK voters know what they need agree to, or reject...

These remain interesting times for investments in the UK.
