Yes, I think it will all be about timing.

The Qrtly is due by Tues 31st - 2 wks from next Tuesday.

If the Assays come back before Frid 27th, then it's "market sensitive" & I would think an Anncmt would be mandatory.

When the Assay Results come back - that is the unknown & who does know - only the Assayers I guess?

Of course the Results of the Assays will be much more important then the timing.

If the results are Good or "Better then Good", the market will love it & won't look back. All imo of course.
