The admin stated explicitly that the proceeds from the sale of central would be used to pay back secured creditors, which reduces the debt by 30-40 million or so when coupled with the sale of equipment, so either he can't use a calculator or can't add up. Either way his debt estimate is wrong as is his claim creditors won't get a cent. Non-secured creditors have limited rights anyway, and like us will just have to wait.
