Now here's something more that stinks, the so-called "Gohgate" affair.

On November 2011, Mr Goh (a Director of PRIME) exercises a large number of 15c options, presumably acquired from Mr Goodall (now a NuSep Director) and does not pay the 15c required. He then uses those shares to vote at the AGM, just days later. This vote is used to defeat shareholders who want to have some independence on the board. On page 19 of the AGM presentation, shareholders were told that everything was golden and that financing for PRIME would be completed by Dec 2011. with "DCS Healthcare Pte Ltd to be cornerstone financier".

On the 13 Jan 2012, within 6 weeks of Mr Goh acquiring, but not paying for, the said shares, he transfers them to a company, DCS Healthcare of which he is part owner. The monies remained unpaid. This transaction was allowed by the board if not sanctioned. No report of this was made to the market at that time, as is required under the law.

Then, some 8 months later, on the 24th September 2012, DCS Healthcare transfers the shares back to Mr Goh. Both parties failed to report this to the market at that time as is required by the law.

Today, notices are put out by the company.

And Mr Goh has still not paid the money, so desperately needed to pay the, now increased, salaries of the directors. And if there was any left over, maybe to fund SpermSep or PRIME.

And people ask why the price isn't going up?

This whole thing smells worse than a garbage bin at the back of a fish and chip shop.
