Phar Lap was a seriously good horse and I don't think he would want to be connected with anything to do with Monarch.
Personally, I think a better name would be "Fine Cotton".

Just like Monarch shareholders everyone got shafted by that little sham, right down to a Catholic Priest and Robby Waterhouse the bookie. Bloody unfairly I reckon too.
Robby got warned off every racecourse in the world if I remember right.
I wish I had been warned off the bloody racecourses a few years ago as I would be a wealthy little Lockitt by now!!! LOL
