Sydney - Tuesday - July 29: (RWE Australian Business News) - Mr Gregory Moloney and Mr Peter Geroff of Ferrier Hodgson were appointed joint and several administrators of Rockstead Financial Services Ltd (ASX:RKS) at 9am today. The appointment follows the appointment of Mr Moloney and Mr Geroff as joint and several administrators of one of the company's subsidiaries, First Capital Securities Ltd (Administrators Appointed) (Receivers and Managers Appointed) on July 21. The administrators intend to work with all stakeholders with a view to attempting to restructure the business. Trading in RKS shares has been suspended.
