Bouris is a great small business mentor and has an excellent reputation. That said, part of being a good business person is knowing where your strengths lie. This company needs corporate advisory advice ASAP. Bouris should become non executive chair and take a nominal salary to preserve cash. Every thing needs to be focused on raising EPS.

I think MVT will ask for a board seat, get to know more about the company, then decide if a higher bid is warranted. I guess their average price is around 13c which will have a bearing on their future decisions. I don't think MB has enough clout to call in favours from friends and prevent a predator from taking over YBR. I am prepared for the worse even though I feel the stock is worth high teens.
