Kagara would need 100 mill and could ramp up to 100ktpa of zinc production by 2014. Perhaps this is what you should highlight Sydney. To date the Chinese have invested peanuts - 60 mill. If they are serious they are gonna have to dig deeper and spend some serious doe to gets economies of scale and volume supply - like they have done in Peru and Russia.
