When you said "This company has more announcements than major companies",it got me thinking.

Last year there was 68 announcements by NuSep, an average of 1 every 5 days. 2011 saw 80 announcements.

Total Directors costs were $921,803 and when you also count the non-director execs (including Mr Goh), the total is $1,482,630 with the overall salaries and wages totaling $2,630,223. Given the company made a loss, we can assume the only actual product of the company is the announcements. We paid the directors $13,556 per announcement, the directors and execs $21,803 per announcement and the overall wages cost of each announcement was $37,491. Our costs per announcement increased in 2012 over 2011. Hopefully, the company will be able to increase the number of announcements in 2013 so as to lower the overall cost of each announcement.

The company had sales of $2,459,415 which after cost of sales (i.e. inputs) was $1,604,883. So we generated only $37,491 of sales per announcement or net revenue of $23,601 per announcement.

Now, with tongue-out-of-cheek (sort of), we spent $1.03 in salaries and wages for every dollar of revenue achieved and $1.64 in wages for every dollar of net revenue.

On this basis, let's hope sales don't skyrocket!!!

And the loss for 2012 was 6c per share. That's an improvement of 40% (using the NuSep prism) on the loss of 10c per share in 2011. Maybe in 2013 they can get that down to 3c (a 50% improvement through the rose-coloured prism). My guess, there will be a "gain on excellent sale" (read BioInquire) creating a "profit" for which the directors will surely see themselves as due a bonus.
