This is not a "useless announcement".

It clearly states what you and I have been saying all along...this company is weak, at best, on governance. The document proves we are right and tries to justify why the company has poor governance.

From the document:

"There are two areas where NuSep does not always comply with the ASX Corporate Governance Principles. These are Independence and the involvement of significant shareholders. NuSep is foremost an Intellectual Property (IP) Company and as such actively encourages developers of the IP to be associated with the Company. Similarly, NuSep has a few significant shareholders who have supported the Company because they understand the value of the company’s IP. These significant shareholders bring far more value to NuSep than the risks normally associated with a significant shareholder because of their belief in NuSep’s long term value which is underpinned by the Company’s IP. Because of the concentration on realising the value of NuSep’s IP the Company reviews ‘Independence’ through the above prism of IP."

I think when they said "reviews ‘Independence’ through the above prism", I think they meant "views".

As usual, they are just feeding us more BS as to why all of the shenanigans. The ASX has these guidelines for a reason and NuSep is an excellent example as to why these guidelines should not be viewed through any prism at all.
