Not exactly sure that theory tracks J. If someone put money into a company then that money goes onto the books. It's how that money is applied as to any dilution effect. If it is used to raise company value further then that's well and good = net plus value. If its to offset debt then its natural. But its put into blind alleys or "overheads" then thats dilution. But caps can effect sentiment on SP - we'll see if the heads and thus oppies get up for funding.
