Yesterday's announcement was a precursor for a much bigger announcement today before trading resumes in MOE....the trading halt said MOE will remain in a trading halt until the earlier of Tues 2 Aug or when the announcement is released to the market......if there was to be no further announcements after yesterdays announcement, MOE could've resumed trading yesterday......watch for another MOE announcements prior to open this morning.
(at least that's how i read the Trading Halt announcement)
