Just got home from the gym!

It crossed my mind, whilst there, that I couldn't see how T2/Realm could declare a return of capital etc, as those it would apply to don't own the shares any more, and haven't done so for a number of weeks.

I guess there must be some way.

In regards to your second post, if it was me, I would just go straight back to the Takeovers Panel. They seem to take reasonably quick, and very decisive, action. I can't see it coming to this though.
