Here is an update for you!

Got no reply from the follow up email by yesterday morning, so I forwarded it to the contact on those letters we all got (saying they weren't taking any action on those new complaints we lodged).

Just those 3 or 4 simple procedural question, that were about this situation, but were not unique to this situation.

Got a reply which, in part, said;

"To allow me to give you the correct information addressing the issues you have raised, I will need to seek information from members of other stakeholder teams in ASIC and conduct research on our processes to respond to your questions appropriately.......I believe that I should be able to return a response to you by Friday 12 October at the latest".

Up to 9 days to answer 3 or 4 simple procedural questions!!!

Why would Gordon ever fear these guys taking any action against him.

At least the Courts aren't run by ASIC!!


These same people must be helping Realm with their JORC update!!!!!!! The anticipated Q3 release date has been and gone, much like the 3 previous statements saying it would be released in H1 18.
