I have emailed my contact at ASIC this morning to seek some procedural information.

My contact has replied saying that they will get a colleague to reply to me.

Gordon and his mates need to consider their new offer price very carefully.
I have never been to the Middlemount, Sydney or Brisbane operations, but I have a lot of contacts I deal with offline.
Some of these are not on HC, and have received payments for wages and/or services provided to Realm/Taurus.
Trying to be cheapskates may be end badly for Gordon and his mates if they are not careful.
He doesn't know what may have leaked!!! Court could be costly, in more ways than one.
