Well sort of. PL has the rights depending on GM to 500k plus 500k of oppies [his spouse actually has 500k] now at worst they flog the 500k heads borrow 25 thou and then flog the conversions post tax - in theory they'll own 500k of heads for next to nix. AT least PL will have shares in BPO & SLA BH never did [mind you he was brought in to setup this sort of arrangement]. But, as the Lacka conections unfold we'll see what's what.
