Every time there's a rubbish announcement, the price goes up until soon after where someone sells it down again to even lower.

Unless you're someone who knows the value of the ground they just bought, your opinion doesn't really matter. All it is at the moment is dirt in the NT with nothing really proven, except next door had something a few eons ago.
