Couldn't be 100% but pretty certain it'll be Tribeca's call
If DGR still at 12c you'ld say they'd take the cash if DGR at 30c you'd think they'd take the shares or maybe some original capital then the rest shares
Double edged sword if we at 40c there'll be those that complain as its a 50% discount where they forget at the time of the deal it was for a 100% premium to the share price
