Elliott count on primary is mildly bullish, I don't buy it though. No medium term target either way however if CCL breaks FSS levels which are currently just below ten dollars then targets starting with a 7 have a high probability.
On a shorter timeframe yesterdays close at 1169 was right on it's cycle high. Todays failure to hold is bearish and gives a s/t target around 11.02. A close above 11.58 will void the short in part with conformation of s/t reversal on a close above 1169.
