From memory a large portion of amatil is owned by coke America so they can sack who they wish. not sure on terms of retraction, wording in website always made me think it was an exclusive agreement for distribution in a geographical area for Evers, like the Krispy Kreme deal for australia. They've held the rights for decades now.. Casella own the rights to beam so that will go when the current contract expires. Not sure if beam will be allowed to sell coke and beam without sourcing the coke from cca or rebranding the product so it may continue in a different shape.
